To insure a fast and accurate return, please follow these directions:

1- Call customer service at 1-800-850-8602 for a return authorization number.
2- Fill out the reverse side of the packing slip completely and insert the packing slip in the shipping carton.
3- Pack items securely in the original box and shipping carton.

For your own protection, we suggest you return items via UPS or insured parcel post.
